Shipping/Click and Collect Policy for Slat-co Aluminium Fencing Products
At Slat-co, we offer both click and collect and shipping options for our aluminium fencing products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:
Click and Collect Policy
Our warehouse is located at 4/4 Leeway Court, Osborne Park WA. We require 5-7 Business days to prepare your order for collection. Our operating hours for click and collect are from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. However, we understand that this may not be convenient for everyone, so arrangements for pickup can be made outside of these hours.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a notification email. When collecting your order, please ensure that you have a copy of your order confirmation and a valid form of identification.
Shipping Policy
Perth Metro and Outer Shipping: We offer shipping within a 50km radius of the CBD for a flat rate of $95. For shipping up to 160km from the CBD, the flat rate is $225. Shipping may take 5-7 days, and please allow an additional two days for order processing.
Regional WA: Please make an inquiry so we can organise other transportation solutions for you.
Interstate: Please inquire for a quote. Interstate shipping can take over 14 days, and please allow an additional two days for order processing.
If there are any damages to your products in transit, please notify us immediately so that we can organise a replacement or refund.
