Warranty Policy for Slat-co Aluminium Fencing Products
Slat-Co offers a 7 year warranty on all aluminium fencing products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or powder coating.
Warranty Claims Process
If you experience a defect with your Slat-co aluminium fencing product within the 7 year warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you with your claim.
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the defect and determine whether it warrants repair, replacement, or a total refund. In some cases, we may ask for photos or additional information to help us make an accurate assessment. We will communicate with you throughout the process and provide updates on the status of your claim.
Limitations of Warranty
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by environmental factors such as weather or exposure to chemicals. Our warranty does not cover powder coat fade due to UV exposure and does not provide compensation or cover for lost installation or labour costs. The warranty is also limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion.
In addition, our warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Making a Claim
To make a claim under our warranty, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide your name, order number, and a description of the defect. We may request additional information or photos to help us assess the claim.
If we determine that the defect is covered by our warranty, we will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action. This may involve repairing or replacing the product, or providing a refund.

We replaced some tired looking cedar gate panels with these 65mm slats. Gates now look better than when the cedar was brand new.
A precision product. I used this for 4 gates of different sizes. Measure correctly and it fits perfectly. The channel cover snaps on and you have a perfect finish.
